MR. MAYANK JAIN

- Qualification: B.B.A. LL.B.(Hons.), Diploma in U.S. Contract Drafting and Paralegal Studies

With extensive experience in litigation and legal advisory, Mr. Mayank Jain has successfully represented clients before multiple Hon’ble High Courts, including the Delhi High Court, Gauhati High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Allahabad High Court, and Rajasthan High Court. His legal expertise encompasses writ petitions, arbitration matters, civil and commercial disputes, GST appeals, bail proceedings, vigilance matters, and quashing petitions, spanning a wide array of statutes. Mr. Ritik Chauhan

Mr. Ritik specializes in RERA and property-related matters, landlord-tenant disputes, demolition disputes, municipal corporation laws, land revenue laws, and family-related disputes. He has successfully represented numerous cases before U.P. RERA and Rajasthan RERA, securing favorable outcomes in complex real estate matters. In addition, he has handled multiple cases against Municipal Corporations before Hon’ble High Courts and District Courts. His legal expertise extends beyond property law, as he has also assisted Mr. Mayank Jain in various cases before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and other courts.
